When a company signs up for an account ("Company Account") with Staff Wire, we ask for personal information such as the full name, email address, and phone number of the initial contact, as well as the company name. To activate the Company Account beyond trial you must provide credit card information. When each user account ("User Account") is created, their name, email address, and phone number are provided. Users may also optionally provide other information including photographs, birth dates, and demographic information.

When you use the Services, our servers automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your request, the date and time, the IP address, browser type, and URLs visited. Staff Wire doesn't use browser cookies to store any personally identifiable information.

Staff Wire claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you provide to the Service. Your Company Account schedules, profiles, communications, and any other related Content uploaded remain yours.

The user-provided and other information we collect is used to improve users' experience with the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, provisioning accounts, authentication and authorization, billing, providing intra-company communication features, and to occasionally notify customers of changes to the Services. We associate server log data with a User Account only when diagnosing an unexpected exception, to help to understand or address the problem. We also use collected information in aggregate for research into usage trends to improve the Services.

Our Services have security measures in place to protect the disclosure, loss, misuse, and alteration of your personal and corporation information, including but not limited to it being encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't store or transmit any plain-text passwords and your payment information is stored, processed, and transmitted in a PCI compliant manner.

We give access to information about customers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.

Staff Wire will not share your personal information with other organizations, except under the following circumstances:

• We may provide personally identifiable information to third party service providers who work with us to provide some features of the Services. These include providers of payment processing, communications processing, and customer service.
• We may transfer personal information if Staff Wire is acquired by or merged with another entity. In this event, we will notify you before information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy by sending notice to the primary contact at each Company Account.
• We may share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically. We will notify you whenever we make significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending notice to the primary contact at each Company Account and by posting notice in the Services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.
