- Why should you try Staff Wire?
- We believe we've created an experience that will make scheduling faster and easier for you, while at the same time allowing your staff to give input into their own schedule. And since we really want to see you getting great value out of it, we'll provide whatever support it takes to get you there - from hand-holding while getting started, to building your viable feature requests. And it all comes at a no-brainer price.
- How does support work?
- You can email us at support@staffwire.com at any time. We'll respond right away and all support is based in the US. We're happy to hold your hand while getting started as necessary. And we'd love to hear your feedback and feature requests.
- How does the 30-day free trial work?
- Sign up to instantly create an account for you and your team to try out all the features for 30 days. You'll also get full support during this time. If you like it and want to continue beyond 30 days, just enter a credit card in your account settings and you'll be able to continue using the account without interruption.
- Is there any minimum term commitment?
- Nope. After your trial you'll just pay month-to-month. You can deactivate your account at any time and you'll stop getting charged.
- What forms of payment do you accept and how will we be billed?
- We only accept payment by credit card. After your trial, you'll be charged for each subsequent monthly period at the beginning of the period.
- What if you want to close your account?
- You can deactivate your account at any time and you'll stop getting charged.
- How secure will my information be?
- Your information is stored encrypted on Amazon's infrastructure and communication is transported over SSL/TLS. Our multi-tenant application server stops unauthorized access to your information. We don't store or transmit any plain-text passwords and your payment information is encrypted and stored only by Stripe, who is PCI certified.
- Is Staff Wire reliably available?
- The applications are hosted online and accessible through a web browser so you will need an internet connection. Beyond that, its hosted on Amazon's very reliable cloud platform, AWS. If we experience extended down time during daylight hours, we'll won't charge for that month's service.
- Which browsers and devices are supported?
- Supported browsers include Chrome v44+, Firefox v40+, Internet Explorer v10+, and Safari v9+. The mobile applications are supported on Android™ phones and tablets running 4.1 or higher and Apple iPhone® and iPad® running iOS 10 or higher.
- What languages and countries does Staff Wire support?
- Staff Wire applications and support are only in english and we currently sell to customers operating in the United States and Canada. If you're in a different country let us know and we'll notify you as we expand support.
